A few years ago I was friendly with a Harrah's host, whom I hiked across the Grand Canyon with (both ways). It was originally my intent to not review any Harrah's Corporation properties because of some old play at their properties, friendships with some Harrah’s employees, and the fact I was hired in 2001 by the Rio (a Harrah's Corporation property) to analyze proposition bets in baccarat.
