So I would be kind of skeptical to use valet if you venture to go here. That's real professional, I would've been real ticked off if it had been my vehicle but the owners had already went inside. Then as we are standing there waiting, a couple arrive in a nice corvette 3 of the workers ogle it and one gets in and peels out of the valet area to park it as the other two are laughing and watching. First there is a kiosk before you walk out the door, I scan the ticket, it tells me to put my players club card in I do and says I owe $7 which I was told I get $4 off for having the card, I put my CC in and pay it, 25 minutes later we are still waiting and trust me valet was not busy at this point, found out I guess it never registered after asking the Head Valet, no one bothered to ask anyone if they had been waiting for a long time. Second which was very disappointing was Valet, we used them and they have one of the worst systems I have seen. Never saw Video Poker and definitely no table games. First all the slots are mixed with will all denominations mixed together so to find a certain priced one you really have to look.
To say I'm a gambler I am not, I like to go and experience the facility and lose about $50 if that's the case. A state-of-the-art staging, lighting and sound system with pin-drop acoustics - staffed by true pros give you the ultimate rock show venue. I have to start off saying I live in Ohio and couldn't wait for the casinos to get here for I have traveled to many others. With seating for 2,200 or standing room only for 2,600 concert goers this venue jams in world famous Hard Rock style.
